In order to encourage co-curricular activities along with education at the primary level in Kendriya Vidyalaya Perambalur, the following competitions we are organizing on each Saturday.

• Diya decoration
• Rangoli Competition
• Food without fire
• Group Dance Competition
• Group Song competition
• Competition to make photo frames
• Fancy dress competition etc.

All the students in the school are divided into four groups - Tagore, Raman, Shivaji and Ashoka House. Students wear similar attire according to their house. Any of the students participating in activities receive first, second and third positions. They are rewarded on the annual day. In addition to this, different house meetings are also organized from time to time.
